The just under 51-year-old coach has signed a contract for the duration of the 2024 European Championship qualifiers, as well as the 2026 World Cup qualifiers. "We have made a substantive analysis in recent days and I am convinced that this is the best possible choice. I congratulate the new coach and wish him good luck. Our goal is to advance to the European Championship in Germany," said Polish Football Association president Cezary Kulesza.
