Cezary Kulesza: All that mattered today was the result
Cezary Kulesza, President of the Polish Football Association, congratulated the team on qualifying for the UEFA EURO in Germany. "Playoffs are a whole different world. All that mattered today was the result, as it is the only one that will be remembered after tonight's match and gives us the right to play in the European Championship finals. Congratulations to head coach Michal Probierz and the entire staff. I would like to congratulate and thank our players for their fight to snatch this qualification on an extremely challenging ground," wrote Kulesza on X.
Discussion about future national team players. Head coaches of men's national teams meet in Warsaw
On Tuesday 27 February, a meeting was held at the headquarters of the Polish Football Association between the head coaches of all the Polish national men's teams and sporting director Marcin Dorna. The focus was to discuss the plans of the individual national teams for the first half of 2024 and to discuss the outstanding players from the 2002-2009 age group.
Head coach Michał Probierz met with the PZPN Senior Club
On Tuesday, 27 February, the members of the PZPN Senior Club held another meeting. This time, at the club's invitation, a special guest appeared - the head coach of the Polish national team, Michał Probierz. During the meeting, there was also a nice ceremony. Members of the Senior Club of the PZPN celebrated Danuta Budek's 75th birthday and Wiesław Bartosik's 85th birthday.
