Wojciech Szczęsny: We could have scored definitely higher
"The rival was waiting for me to make the first move on a penalty kick and simply got fooled. After the previous match there were complaints "about the long pass," so I gave one good pass. And my "long passes" are always precise. Certainly our confidence has grown after this win. We could have finished this match with a much higher score. Especially in the last minutes we had our chances and it's a bit of a shame. It's nice to win a match at the World Cup. It's really a very special feeling," said Wojciech Szczęsny after winning the match against Saudi Arabia.

The team led by Czesław Michniewicz will play the next match on Saturday against Saudi Arabia, which pulled out a huge upset on Matchday 1 by defeating Argentina 2-1.
